Those are some VERY GOOD friends he has. Clearly there are many men who lack such as evidenced by the number of people allowed to go on flapping in the wind. It would require a great deal of faith and nerve to forcibly cut his hair (especially considering his reaction when he became aware of their intent) and trust that either they would remain friends or even if not risk sacrificing it for his own good. .Speaks very highly of Stewart's character that he has friends like that.

Yes, I know.
Every time I see a bald person I run up to them, push them over, then laugh.

Its funny because after the 90's, no one really does give a shit about people being bald.

Also you could make the argument that using hair loss products, is a form of acceptance, because you are accepting that you are balding. It's just a different way of dealing with it. It's not limited to one answer. Also before you tell me that those products "don't work", let me tell you exactly what causes mpb. It's something called DHT, which causes sebum to build up in various areas including the scalp. Eventually the build up on the scalp causes hair loss. Products are used to clear dht gunk

It's fucking 2013, there are tons of stuff you can use if you are losing hair. I'm sick of this bullshit that just accepting it and letting it go makes you a stronger person. To me, the right choice in dealing with hair loss, is the choice that the individual feels is right for them. And that can be many different things, it's not limited to just letting it go.
