I think the train started at Main street, cause it went to adventureland (I remember the music now) and then frontierland.

@Gello70 The train is not going backwards...it's going in the same direction it's always gone in...clockwise.

@ghfantv Well for starters, the train's moving backwards:P other than that, the train is going counterclockwise as opposed to clockwise, and yes, the train is departing from Toontown's station. Frontierland's station has been demolished to make way for Splash Mountain while a new station is also being built.
