From my trumpet and organ graduate recital on February 22. The program was:

Albinoni- Trumpet Concerto in D minor op. 9 no. 2 (on piccolo trumpet)

Bruch- Kol Nidre op. 47 (on flugelhorn)
-arranged by Timofei Dokshizer

Intermission

Tomasi- Semaine Sainte a Cuzco (picc & C trumpet)

Albeniz- Suite Espanola op. 47 (C trumpet)
V. Asturias (Leyenda)
-my own arrangement, inspired by my friend Frank Campos

Sasche- Concertino (Eb trumpet)
-my own cadenza

  • This is AWESOME! Asturias is definitely my favourite classical guitar piece. However, as a trumpet player myself, I couldn't really imagine it being played on the trumpet.  You did a great job with it. Congratulations!
