Jess shows how to make a super quick easy tomato soup. Great for lunches or dinner. "It was the staple of my diet for a few weeks at the coldest point of Winter."

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 avocado
1 stick celery
1 pinch salt
1 clove garlic
pinch cayenne

Blend all ingredients except 1/2 tomato and 1/2 avocado until smooth. Dice remaining ingredients. Pour into bowl, and top with diced tomato and avo. Garnish with sprouts if desired.

If this is too much garlic, feel free to lessen it to 1/2 clove, or double the recipe for a lunch for two

  • @leparditas We get some black and some green avos. I haven't studied the breeds yet :)

  • I like the ending music. What song is that?

  • @whitebutterberry The song titles are at the end, but specifically it's the intro to Halcyon Days by The Tea Party. They're an awesome band, and great people. I met them when I was a teen, and they were very nice.

  • Love the receipe - looks easy thanks keep up the good work

  • I believe that you said it was raw, how long do you let it 'cook' in the vitamix so that it stays raw and what are the settings. I am buying my Vitamix next week. THanks!
