@polkadotpants yup, it is a trait of the breed silkie. he is definitely part silkie. so hell be tiny, fluffy, and mild mannered, moreso or less depending on the parent breed.

hi! so to answer your comment you left on my video, I think you've got a little silkie mix there. it makes sense because of the dark beak, dark skin, and fluffy feathers. does it happen to have five toes?

@kaunisliblikas He does have 5 toes, at first I was really shocked at them lol, do only certain breeds have that? I think because the older chickens were definitely both Speckled Sussex and in separate cages they must have been from a separate batch and couldn't have been the parents, still very pleased with little Alf, though if I get enough room a few different breeds would be lovely too
