@kkarls1 Keamy wasn't supposed to shoot her cause of the rule or whatever. When Ben goes to Charles and says he's gonna kill Penny he's says its cause of how he broke the rule and such so I think he only said that to Keamy cause he seriously didn't believe he'd do anything. From his emotional reaction I doubt Ben would have let her die

I could not believe this scene when I saw it, that Ben was such a moron! I think even Keamy was like "Damn, that's cold," right before he shoots her. Didn't Ben know what kind of a body count Keamy had at this point? Of course he's going to shoot Alex! Anyway, all that aside, Keamy is smokin' hot.
