During my latest vacation on the Island of Leros, I visited two workshops in Pandeli. The first was Kaliro who has been producing sea cured fish the Lerian way for many years now, I just love the produce and he really makes some of the best Pasto I ever had! The second workshop is that of Niki, and she is producing Lerian desserts such as pougkakia and kserotigana. I was really inspired seeing Lerians keeping to the traditions and making a success of it, so this video is deticated to those two for their creativity and Lerian spirit!
