I gulped hard and could feel the hard, stinging, burning lump develop in my throat. What have I done now, I though to myself. This is it, goodbye office and goodbye Sophie. I closed my eyes preparing for the worse, my hands gripping tighter onto my bag as they started to become sweaty, and my heart thumping and pounding in my ribcage as I felt the blood rush and circulate around my body.
"Good job today Demi" he smiled as I opened my eyes as he extended his hand. I looked at his hand and slowly shook it, feeling a wave of electrical current travel through my entire body, I felt suddenly weak in my knees, and my stomach kept doing flips and my heart starting to beat faster.
He smiled once again and realsead his hand "See you tomorrow" his voice trailed off as he went back into his office.
I stood there, stunned. I smiled down to myself. I blinked and from the corner of my eye I saw Taylor gripping onto her pencil as her anger and jealously began to escalate. I giggled and swiped my card and left the office.
I skipped along the hallway humming to myself, I almost slipped on my heels, luckily no one saw or I would have made a huge fool of myself. I went through the revolving doors and walked to my car. I got into my car and turned up the stereo and drove off to collect Sophie.

- 20 minutes later -
I arrived at her school 20 minutes later. I got out of the car and waited near the front entrance for her. It was 3 o'clock and she should be coming anytime.
The doors opened and I saw Sophie jumping down the school steps, I smiled as I opened my arms wide for her. She smiled really big carrying her painting and her bag and started to run towards me. I embraced her into a really tight hug as I gently kissed her forehead. She held onto me tight as she giggled.
"Mwammy, look what I did today" she held up and showed me her picture that she had painted.
I gasped as I looked at the picture. "Its beautiful sweetie" I kissed her nose and carried her to the car.
"Alyssa said she is coming today" she smiled as I placed her in her car seat. I began to buckle her seatbelt.
"Yes, and Auntie Selena & Uncle Nick are coming". I smiled and got into the front seat. She started to clap her hands; I laughed and drove off to our house.

- 10 minutes later -
I opened the door and she ran inside taking her shoes off and hanging up her coat. "What should I make for dinner?" I asked setting the keys down onto the table.
She started to think "Spaghetti Bolognese" she smiled and stood on her tipey toes placing her hands behind her back.
I walked over to her and lightly pinched her cheeks and lifted her up spinning her around in my arms.
"Go put your bag upstairs and I'll make you a snack, how does cookies and milk sound?" I asked her as I walked into the kitchen. She nodded and took her bag and mine and walked upstairs.
She opened the door and placed my bag on my bed, when she felt something vibrating. She went through it and saw a blue light coming from the corner of my bag. She digged to the bottom and took out my iPhone and looked at the caller ID. "Strweing" she thought to herself "who is that?"
