  • "whatever" is the Hymnus Eucharisticus by Benjamun Rogers (1614-1698) who was organist and choir director at Magdalen and elsewhere. It was at least at one time the College grace. I cannot find on You Tube a clear and complete May Morning performance of this wonderful hymn without a lot of external noise and shouting from the crowd. There is always a crowd outside the College at (if I recall) about 6 A.M. on May morning, some just to be rowdy and interrupt. Queensguy.

  • stuck on the other side of the bridge; what tommy-ho tum-trickery.
