  • You should make videos with the Hodge Twins

  • yo Elliott, what's the best way to build big arms

  • Can you do Inclined Weighted rows as a counter to the push ups? Instead of that negativ push? Will that work the same muscle group?

  • But a little on the small side. I run and take karate and wrestle on and off. I was winding if u could do a video explaining isometrics and explaining how they work and comparing it to regular lifting. Thanks, marsh

  • Yo elliot, I'm an athletic guy

  • I need help :( I lost all motivation to workout. I gained so much pounds over the summer and I want to get buffer and stronger. The only thing is I think I'm lazy and have no motivation. Can someone give me advice and I subscribed!

  • Great video, have had a problem with my left shoulder for a while now and I think the reason might be down to the fact that I only do push ups. Hopefully doing pulls ups as well will rectify this, so thanks!

  • An excellent method to use while working towards increasing your push-up is; Progressive push-ups. Start out just doing 5 push-ups for 5 sets. Each day do an additional push-up or set. After several months you should be able to do 20 sets of 10 push-ups. I can currently do 50-10 within an hour, its incredible.
