  • @townkevin59 You have my sympathy. When you are agitated and have got anxiety at a certain level continously, it is hard to keep contacts going. My advise would be to find persons with similar problems, and the most important point: Family. If they do not visit you, go and visit them. Just an advice, because I have the same problems as you.

  • I am 40 and I have lived with this my whole life and it's getting worse. I lost my job 3 years ago and I hardly leave the house now. I hate going out in public because I feel like I'm going to pass out. I have been medicated before many times, however, the side effects create new problems. I am losing control of my life and I no-longer know what to do. I have no friends to talk to and my family never comes around to visit. My life has gone to shit.

  • thanku. I suffer from severe clinical depression ans am recieving therapy at the moment.
