Gironda Dips with bands for added resistance. This is a great assistance exercise to build the chest and triceps. For a description, check here: http://www.ironguru.com/vince-gironda-dips. The bands are a good way to add resistance because they add tension to the negative and force you to accelerate fast through the rep.

  • i like to idea because you're combining medial rotation of the shoulder and adduction to hit the pectorals although it does look harsh on your wrists.
