I ALWAYS learn from you. I kept curling my hair from the bottom up, but top down makes a huge difference!

I use grapeseed oil Miss Chriss when blowdrying or flat ironing my hair but I limit heat to once a month for my tresses..lol...grapeseed oil can hold up to 425 degrees of heat so its a fantastic natural heat protectant...you should try it out:)!
