TacOLOco sorry I'm late but yes you are right. We try hard to throw in kinks. This was a 69KV bell changeout on a transmission pole.
Sean, they are really called power poles. 90% of the phone companies out there have to rent their space on the pole to the power companies and pay the power dept. money. This is different because its a transmission line(takes power to substations) and distribution is what you see (takes it to the house).
