  • hi.what if i want to make home made water reppelent?what to use?

  • @wowerman

I don't know. None of the commercially available water repellents work on plastic.

  • Raincoat scratched my brand new carberg konda visor it now looks like a ice skater done a couple of laps on my visor

  • @MrJackpoppy

Send me your information to gene (at) motosolutions (dot) com

  • I applied Raincoat with way too much Raincoat & way too little water. The result was quite alarming, quite the opposite of what it is supposed to achieve, water stuck to my visor like glue. After watching this video, and attempting it again, I believe it should be better next time it rains.

Try sprinkling or spraying water from a faucet and you should get good beading effect. Email me directly on gene (at) motosolutions (dot) com.

    Thanks for buying!

  • Not usually. Raincoat only works on plastic surfaces. Most car mirrors are glass.

  • can i use for side mirror?

  • Thanks, that was useful.
