yeah, but i use multiple pages more often that they download YT videos so i guess that tabbed browsing is more useful than YT downloading. Also, the password management in Safari is pretty annoying. I like it just because it used less space on the desktop comparing to Firefox, but Chrome is even better at this chapter.

The stable release is expected to come out early next year.

That was the developer's version whereas this is the beta release. Although I must say, as a user of Chrome for the past several months, I haven't seen too much of a difference.

Most people don't realize how easy it is to download YT videos with Safari, which I think is a major plus to it.

I just installed on my iMac with Leopard - it certainly does seem faster than Safari.
