0:29, third snare - that has to be the sickest visual I have ever seen.

0:43 the paradiddles aren't in there. I wonder if they were added later or if they just couldn't get it clean.

@bradtaylor32 Yea thats true. I do prefer Yamaha snares, dynasty tenors, and mapex basses. The new mapexes have those sweet metal rims. Very nice.
-
@budwayz Nice to see that. Pearl seemed to be really "in" in the 90's, then some folks went to Yamaha or Dynasty. Pearl doesn't have the tight sound that others do, but I prefer the meaty sound they DO have.

@bradtaylor32 6 of the top 12 corps from '09 are using pearl drums for the '10 season haha.

They came to my town haha. I have a broken mallet from who I believe to be the marimba one player? Not the company, the position in the front ensemble.

I love that guy throwing the bass mallet. Our staff did that crap this summer, and eventually they had all the horn and vis staff in on it.. Guy would drop a stick and a horn guy would come running wanting to chuck it. Great stuff. Sometimes you gotta keep it light.

@BlueDevilsTowelBoy they have already bought the drums and sent their dynastys' off to be resold
When did they switch from Pearl to Yamaha? Seems like Pearl drums are disappearing from DCI, which is too bad considering they sound the best.
