how do you change the eye color

I changed it the same way I changed everything else. Duplicate the layer, change the colors on that layer, but focus on the eye only and how you want it to look. Once you've got a new layer with funky colors with the eye how you want it, create a layer mask. Fill it with black (Alt + Backspace) so it looks like it did before you edited it. Then take the brush tool, set it to white, and draw over the eyes where you want them to be the new color. This eliminates harsh lines, and it's subtle. :]
