Sean Astin hosts AFI's filmmaking tutorial series, LIGHTS, CAMERA, EDUCATION! In this segment, we explore the importance and how-to of storyboarding your film or video.
@95bradders95 Storyboards don't always have to be drawn. I have a version that looks like a spreadsheet almost where one column is a description of the shot, next is sound/dialogue, effects/transition and a column for notes. If you are just beginning try to use the "non-drawn" version. Then, as you get more experience you can use the "comic" version.
I always start with the storyboard, much like Hayao Miyazaki.
