Arcane is awesome yet lame at the same time. As an arcane mage, I can do insane DPS, but I feel a little embarrased by it. It's not really anything to brag about. All you have to do is wear the proper gear with the proper gems and enchants and then sit back and enjoy the easiest rotation in the game. Having said that, I will always love being a mage. It was the first toon I ever leveled up and It's the coolest class in the game, in my opinion.

@starterfight arcane's difficulty doesnt lie in its spell rotation. it lies in its cd management and mana. imo fire is much easier to play than arcane. for fire i just blow cds and perform the regular rotation. for arcane i have to watch mana, make sure i know how long the fight lasts to better manage cooldowns (length of fight varies b/n fights and is dependent on the strength of dps in a raid), i have to make sure i end my mana at 0 when the fight ends for maximum dps.

Hey good vid btw *subscribed* i noticed your 1, 1 - 2. 1, 1, 1, 1 - 2 is there any reason for that. I've heard it around some where but ive never really looked into it. But since my DPS isnt as good as it should be (14-17k on a boss) and the rest of my raid team is on about 17-26k in fire lands. my item level is 373 a mixture of 359 & 378 gear no tier. I woulden't mind some advise thank's :).

@lukeboppers what do you mean by 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 2? if you are referring to rotation theres no fixed one. varies from fight to fight and raid composition and gear. hook me up if u need help with dps :)
