"10 poisonous foods we like to eat." .... we do not eat poisonous mushrooms because guess what - they're poisonous. We dont eat the pips in fruit, we don't eat rhubarb leaves, and where the hell can you buy a green potato??

How exactly can this title stand up?

You could have written 10 poisonous things we comsume in small doses ie:chocolate, coffee, alcoholic drinks, etc. but who cares anyway? What is the point?

That's true, a lot of it is most likely caused from allergies. I can see why too much water all at once isn't good. I drank a 24oz. glass straight, and felt terrible.
