I'm curious as to how you make the models for these things. How do you create the hair shape, how do you shape the body and add the clothes!

if you wanna make stuff like this you need programs like 3d max, poser pro, or lightwave.

but you also need a few other programs for details using programs like adobe after effect. stuff like this takes time, and patience. good luck with whatever it is you need to do, and i don't mind answering questions, but i can't guarantee I'll have the answer for all of them.
