Review of the Hasbro Signature Series Luke Skywalker Force FX lightsaber with removable blade from episode IV I purchased this Oct 2011 the copyright on the bottom of the hilt is 2010.

Update. Some of the differences in the hilt I mentioned between this version and prior versions were actually the differences between this version and the Episode 3 Anakin Skywalker version. Sorry for any confusion.

The sound is like the cheap version of Hasbro's lightsaber (hum sound), only the clash sounds are new.

I have this sword and I find it difficult when screwing the red screw when I remove the blade and i put that black thing into the hilt, I think you had it too , how did you do it?

I've removed the screw but I still can't remove the blade. It IS the removable blade model.

@Ben7seven7 Have you got the full Maul? For some reason NO ONE has had the full lightsaber yet. I'd love to see that one without a blade, full hilt.

@jeremiah7020 Yes I wrote that in the info area of the video that I mistakinly compared some of the different features to the SW Episode 3 Anakin Saber as opposed to the earlier versions of this saber from Master Replicas.

@MrJtswish13 No the blades wont fall out but you will damage the LED's with heavy dueling. They do make duel ready versions from 3rd parties or you can have one you may already own converted to be duel ready.
