AIR (NOT on the G-string!) J.S. Bach Sheet Music

I got this score from a friend, I have been searching on the internet for it but can't find anything on it.Sorry that the video is not so clear ( don't have a still camera) so I filmed it 3 times , so maybe with a bit of pauzing and puzzling you can make something out of it! If anyone knows the BWV.nr or recognizes it,please let me know!! it says it's from the collection of Mrs. Neupert-Hillemacher from Boston.

I love a good music mystery. What is the exact translation of the line about Mrs. Neupert-Hillemacher? There's a * at the end of the line. Is there more information at the bottom of the score? Did this sheet come in a book with other pieces?

I did a search in Grove's online and found no Neupert-Hillemacher. But, interestingly, Neupert was a German harpsichord maker.

Is that a G before "Neupert". Does that necessarily mean Mrs? Could there be a slight misprint that maybe gives a clues?
