You can do it on anything, it's easier depending on what you're used to. Keep practicing.

hey man , does this technique work in the PS2 version of tekken 5 or tekken 5DR only , i cant do it so i just wanna make sure whether it is my mistake that i cant do it or it isnt even in the game

lol nah man, it's worked for all versions of tekken since tag. It also worked in T4 but since ewgf didn't launch on normal hit then it did't do the same thing as now.
