@rbesco55 Read description. =) Not really waterproof, electric motor is exposed, but it was not raining very hard so it didn't mess up anything.

you crazy guy flying in the rain.. lol
but oftt nice car :P

@beastyfourpointsix I did it to make it easier to land, (novice flyer that I am) plus I liked the way it looked frankly. When I got ready to attach the camera, it just worked out well as a mounting point. At first I had the camera mounted mid way down the tail boom facing the rotor head. It was a neat angle, but vibrated too much.

Landing gear looks like from a 600 scale....did you do this just for the GoPro?

nice evo

@onvarocks Yes, I launched from the top of a knob. Very observant!

I got if from oemcycle for about $170, and this is the more expensive "Automotive" version with a big suction cup among the regular mounting bits.

What is the name/manufacturer of the camera - I can't find it on the OEMCYCLE website.

They've got it listed my brand "Go Pro" and it's in their "Electrical" section.

That is freakin sweet. Now we need some nice killboy vids taken with a bike out front, a car with the heli operator in chase, and the heli overhead.

That is exactly the plan, and a dream of mine for several years now. I hope to have it accomplished before the next season kicks off. (I need practically empty road to pull it off) Stay tuned!
