  • What's a good wieght for someone like me who's 5'9.5"? Im about 160lbs right now, but im nowhere near all muscle. My friend told me i'd need to get myslef down to 135lbs but i dont want to be that small. I want to be around 175 or 190lbs, but i dont know if 5'9" is a good frame for that wieght or not.

  • this 2 are looks crazy,.lols

  • @vistaway3008 haha ;)

  • chuck liddell played football in high school then wrestled in college to become a divisional 1 wrestler. with having a background in kickboxing, kemp, and karate he then trained under jon lewis to earn a jiu-jitsu belt. he then went on to to fight in mixed martial arts defeating other artists with maybe their primary style being wrestling.but a wrestler never waste time in a clinch he is drilled in camp to play to his strenth in a fight and get him on the ground.if the wrestler is on his feet ko

  • chuck liddell was so successful because he threw punches from angles an ordinary fighter did not throw from and when they got there they landed on ko spots which mainly where t zone spots which every fighter always makes sure to protect. meaning when they thought chuck was out of position and they began to throw back by the time the first punch was out they were open and getting punched clean by chuck. chuck liddel also did not start fighting until he succesfully mastered and passed 3 diff style

  • wrestlers who shoot and miss with the opponnent successfully sprawling usually the wrestler will end up with his face facing the mat and his head near the sprawlers navel or even lower. from that point the sprawler has many options grab the back of the wrestlers head and pull him in and the same time performing a knee strike. or placing the hands on the head and going with a speed front kick to the face or punches to the back liver and sides to make the wrestler settle for the sprawlers mount gm

  • @dru713281 Do you smoke Crack? Chuck Liddell made a career of knocking out wrestlers with boxing blows. Have you been hit by a pro boxer? Few can deal with with it. Secondly in a clinch wiht a wrestler you don't throw knees because you are destroying your base and he will dump you on your head. You throw knees only when his balance is broken.
