John Rambo - Man Against The World

In this video that I put together, the worlds of John Rambo and Rocky Balboa collide -- sort of. The music is Survivor's "Man Against The World", a song that was supposed to be in the movie ROCKY IV, but was cut from the motion picture and ended up only as a bonus track on the remastered edition of the movie soundtrack. The lyrics and tone of the song are such that it probably would have fit quite well in the Rambo movies, so I decided to make a music video of my own to show how well they actually match up. I made this before the fourth Rambo movie came out, so that's why there are no clips from that one here. Someday, when I get some time and energy, maybe I'll make a new version with some of that action included (or maybe I'll just wait until after the fifth one comes out, which will probably be in late 2010, I'm guessing).

Now THAT'S what I'm talkin about! I was really getting sick and tired of the all the fast aggressive Rambo music videos where someone just slapped a bunch of clips of explosions etc in there. Also got tired of the 200 versions of It's A Long Road. This song may have been written for Rocky but it's a PERFECT FIT for Rambo. You placed every scene PERFECTLY with the lyrics. GREAT JOB!
