sounds like it needs a valves readjustment.. ticking alot.. It also sounds like it needs a couple adjustments made to it.

Got my 2002 GSXR 750 with 11.5k miles for only $2500 after some haggling. If you sold your bike for what you was asking, nice job! Made a lot of profit.

i have the same bike. bought it 2 years ago with 280 miles on it for 5500. i got it from a friend who laid it down 2 times in the first and then called it quits. its got a few scuffs on the stickers on one side but its hardly noticable.
