Right now there is a huge amount of shadow inventory and tons more foreclosures are going to hit the market... when they do prices will falls like dominoes.
Wait a few years... houses will be MUCH cheaper then.

Hey Jim, Our first home in Highlands Ranch, CO used to back to the road (Wildcat Reserve Pkwy) at first it was no problem, but in time it drove me crazy! It was a great home except for that. We moved 5 blocks away from the road, I'm much happier now.
