What happened with Mehserle was an accident, but there are real cases of cops murdering people and that is wrong, but so is the murder rate within the community overall.

Standing when ordered to remain seated is not cooperating. Trying to roll over onto your back is not cooperating. Placing your hands under your body so you can't be cuffed is not cooperating. Where exactly was this cooperation?
