  • Can u imagine how French is spoken in these places? How about forced invasion, genocide, and forced conversion to Christianity?

  • @Microglia1

The text from the video is taken directly from the French textbook for the class I teach and the final question is indeed used to get students to try and figure out how it is that countries in Africa, Asia, and the Americas speak French. Luckily for me, my students are pretty bright and the information in your comment comes up and is discussed in detail, from both perspectives.

    Thanks for your comment!

  • @Microglia1 We will never know and good thinking if that's not already the case!

  • @AuxaneD You are clearly more intelligent than me. Je voudrais pouvoir parler français un jour.

  • @Microglia1 Haha i didn't and the fact that you understood that from my message means you're the idiot. Can you understand English?...

  • @AuxaneD You're an idiot to even assume I'm black. I'm not.

  • @Microglia1 You don't know me : online or offline i would do the exact same! I don't even see how what i answered you was "tough" anyway either haha. Because Africans themselves value their French language, whatever way we came to be in contact with it.

  • @AuxaneD You're only tough on the internet. I dare you to say it to my face. What does an African has anything to do with it?

  • @Microglia1 "La colonisation a été une aventure humaine. Comme toute aventure humaine, elle a charrié de la boue et de l'or. Pourquoi ne faudrait-il prendre que la boue et ne pas retenir les pépites?" Leopold Sedar Senghor, Now Microglia1, shut up. An African.

  • Like This Video good job :) ( from France )
