Nice edit, I don't think you miss the extra five and a half minutes from the original, and I think adding the alternate ending helps.

The film has a nice Hitchcock feel to it. I think you should get some positive feedback.

I like most of the changes. Cutting some of the time down helped. Cutting Ed's scene where he tells me what he thinks is going on makes it a little difficult to understand why I decided to go looking through the cabniets, but over all its great. I still would love to see the whole bedroom scene.
