Home- (Original) New Parables Official Music Video

I wrote this song right after our house burnt down in January...we had shot two different music videos for two songs over the course of the last year, but I didn't get all the footage I needed for each of them individually to finish both of them...so I was going through my harddrives and found the footage for Home and just decided to start editing it together to see if I could finish it. Then Kendra asked if I still had the footage from "Love and Compassion" ... and I did, so I looked through that and it just seemed to work with the idea of the song. So, most of this footage is from 10 months ago right after our house burnt down and the other footage is from over a year ago when we were still living in Pennsylvania.

We can attest to the fact that God is in control and will take care of us no matter what the situation might look like!!

Great Song and video! inspirational :D I was just wondering as in your other video's did you produce and record your album at home? and Also did you send the Album anywhere to be mastered? I'm currently recording at home using more or less the same set up that you had used in your Kingdom come making of video.

@seanlovesradiohead thank you, glad you liked the video :) I produced and recorded everything on the album at home with my mac book pro and a digi 003 (and some mbox classic, since i had that before the 003) I just did a pseudo mastering at home because i was in a rush to get it finished...i think a really good mastering job can make all the difference though, so if you have the $ I would consider sending it out to a professional studio for that :)

@HadasahB thank you! Yes the video is shot at the ruins of our old house in TN...the footage was shot back in January...a lot has happened since then!! mostly good :)
