Any particular reason for cooking the egg separetly? Id have just cooked the egg in with the onions and peppers in the bacon grease

Fried rice is supposed to be precooked food that is left over and put together to make a nice dish.

@DefconBravo Pouring the egg into the bacon grease makes it come out greasy and dark looking. The bright yellow makes the dish look more appealing.

Dave i don't know how you do it. if i cooked bacon in my cast iron(even the one that i think is properly seasoned) there would be so much crap stuck on the bottem. You are the man!! I enjoy watching you vids and i try as many as i can. keep it up!!
