Meet Aaron Casto, a lifelong West Virginian and proud Chesapeake Energy employee. Aaron has worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years. Aaron, like many others who work in the field, plays a vital role in Chesapeake Energy's drilling and completion operations. And he believes Chesapeake is setting the bar on a lot of environmental issues.

"We all ought to be worried about our environment," Casto says. "We're all out here trying to accomplish the same goal in the end. I might be a little partial, but I think this is some of the prettiest country you've ever been in. We need everybody to preserve that."
