The idea this is weather mod is so naive. Study the huge increase in various poisons now found in rain water. Including vast substances known to cause such affects as ADD & Autism. Is this the long predicted NWO population control?

No poisons used falling on Earth and water supplies justify anything.
We have this seemingly cloudy condition with no rain... so if it is legitimate, we need to know about it. We need results. They do not know.
