Because the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Special tied up 18 Amfleets and a pair of Amtrak AEM-7's for two days, Amtrak borrowed a complete New Jersey Transit train for its Philadelphia to New York City Clocker Service Train 628, here at Eddington Station on Amtrak NEC January 28 2005

i read an article the other day it saids the amtrak clocker will be returning on August 2nd,2010 is that true?

@56yuoi, I believe that was an April Fools joke posted on one of the railfan forums. Ain't gonna happen, at least until the put another tunnel into NYC.
