  • When the young lady shows you how the stitch looks on the back, you can't see it because, her finger is in the way.

  • Thank you for this. I was confusing this with the knitted cast on, and inserting the right-hand needle incorrectly. Now I can make a very neat edge!

  • It does matter which method you use sometimes, if a project needs a specific method, the pattern will tell you so. As with many different crafts, you will find the one that works best for you.
