Peaceful protests can be problematic if it starts to get violent.(ramming police officers' shields with sharpened bamboos? come on!) These protests went on for months without a day-off and they were specifically intended to overthrow the president who's been in his office for less than 3months. Not to mention they blocked the central Seoul for their purposes which affected many business in the area.

Obviously you know nothing of korea. Also you would know that korea is not a democracy because the people have nearly no say in political decisions just like America. It was a polyarchy just like America is. Also you have no idea what he was protesting about and also isn't democracy about having a voice?

Why are they protesting? Isn't Democracy good enough for them? Should keep their mouth shut and accept the good system south kore has now!!! If I was a police, I would... tell them to go home.
