Then maybe the most powerful incarnations of Superman Hulk Hal Jordan and Barry Allen might be able to stop them though they may fail still really no one could stop those two at their most powerful not even stan lee.

@kingdomhearts3sora3 on second thought with gems it will take antimonitor emperor joker and Anti life equation darkseid to defeat him and none of them would make the universe a good place I'de love to see a Marvel vs DC movie with thanos and darkseid fighting and killing most of the heroes and villains that try to get in their way I assume joker won't mind he wants ultimate destruction and ultimate death. Then all the other gods trying to stop the mad gods and failing

@RedSkull2099 bastard not you thanos I think the spectre, superman prime, parralax rainbow or white lantern Hal Jordan, pre crisis superman, anti-monitor, and speed force flash could defeat him if not individually maybe take 2 on that list to beat him when he's using infinity gauntlet I noticed all those character weren't used in this mugen probably because they haven't been in any video game so tables could be turned there.
