don't tell him to grow up man... that's pretty freakin cool. i bet he spent a lot of time engineering this thing. not many people (including you i'm guessing) have the brains to do this sort of thing.

Hey Inventive types, don't worry about the bullshit comments from the herd. Just remember the old "sticks and stones" saying and you'll be right.
People who get on here and rag others are always people who couldn't invent something in a million years or fight their way out of a wet paper bag. They just get comfort in their low self esteem insecure lives by attempting to belittle others. You can actually have a good laugh as the most vehement are always the smallest guys in every respect.

As an educated teenager ( im 16) i can only imagine how much it must suck to have people rip on you, when they could do nothing close to you. this is an engineering marvel, and even though it might not be the most practical thing to get around on in my opinion, it's a cool thing ! :)

I don't understand why we can't think this is lame. If its done as a hobby then cool but if anyone is thinking about making money then shouldn't everyones opinion matter. Lots of people have gone broke by only listening to yes people.

@ConflictedMike Why did I do it? To see if I could. Why did I document it? I suppose partly to prove that I did it (ego) but mostly so that others might be able to take something from what I did and build upon it (as I did from those who came before me). If you want to have a conversation about it, all you have to do is start one.
