Hi and HAPPY BLESS NEW YEAR!!! you may already know about this but if not here goes; i learned this from my mama and grandmama take a big bucket from Home Depot (new and clean) and soak your turkey in salt water a whole container of salt guuurrrrrrl its seasoned and juicy to the BONE!!! even the breast
