You seemed to be well versed so here goes. Garnishment Order States 15%. Employers Payroll Company PAYCHEX erred and withheld 25%. It took the Department / FSA/ GC Services 34 pay periods to inform my employer. Nutshell: ED received an amount that exceeded the rehabilitation payment offer for 17 consecutive months ABOVE the AWG. What is the LAW, POLICY OR PROCEDURE that guides the Department when an illegal seizure has occurred and the borrowers rights have been violated? Got Lawyer?
