  • Nice, I want to ride.

  • @memadmax69 Our 7 part series is almost as good as the real deal. Thanks for stopping by!

  • Thank you for this video. It had a bit of everything. Start up, throttle up and down, cab view, nice country views.nice horn ...great video, well done.

  • @rhondaw1 You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed the ride along. There's 7 parts to this video in case you want to get a "full on" EMD FL9 experience. These videos are almost as good as actually being up there in the cab. Sorry about the dirty windshield. We didn't have time to clean them before the run. Thanks again!

  • Gotta clean those bugs off of the windows lol

  • @johnnybravo234 Can only do that when the schedule allows. There wasn't any time on this run. The bugs just add to the experience of real railroading. ;)

  • Can I just ask you please, what is that sound you can hear as it goes along. Almost like a bell 'ting ting' ting' then it will stop at times?

  • wonderful video

  • Actually, they are five axles. The front truck is a two axle flexicoil truck and the rear truck is a three axle flexicoil truck, making it a B-A1A wheel arrangement as the middle axle on the rear truck is unpowered. Flexicoil trucks were used because it was easier to mount thrid rail shoes on them, although the prototype did have a Blomberg truck under the front for a short time.
