How to Create a Bootable Linux USB Drive Easily

If you have a USB drive, you can boot off of it with a Linux OS like you would do with a bootable "Live CD." Did you know that? This is ideal if your computer doesn't have an optical drive, or just don't have any blank CD's laying around.
This video is being demonstrated with Slax.

  • Thanx for that. Got a msg that it was not a COM32R image boot, but the way to get around that is to hit the Tab button, type "LIVE" hit enter. For some it appears to work from there, but not for me so with nothing to lose I typed "Slax" and off it went. Just follow the instructions from there.
