For those who don`t know about Fonclaire now you know this is one of the pride of south in steel bands they begin their journey with this statement for the future of steel band music it is all up to the judges to understand what is Carnival Panorama music not classical example 2010 winners what was that what were the judges looking for antics and costume or TandT Carnival steel band music.
