Not really. I use English as my second language. Never made the mistake. :)

never get tired of the sexy move

Most people don't get DIY's... Rubik's brand cubes come assembled and stickered.
-
In many languages (especially other germanic languages)the words for teach and learn aren't really separate.
In Swedish, for example:
Jag vill LÄRA dig / I want to TEACH you
Jag vill LÄRA mig / I want to LEARN
-
how to solve a cube in half an hour???

You said in the video "...and thats the second thing I want to learn you." I've heard this said before by people speaking English as a second language. Is this common in Europe? Interchanging the word learn for the word teach. I'm not making fun of you or anything, I'm just curious.

No, it is just a mistake.
In English you could say:
I want you to LEARN how to solve the cube.
I want to TEACH you how to solve the cube.
But in Dutch both times you could say:
Ik wil dat je LEERT hoe je de kubus oplost.
Ik wil je LEREN hoe je de kubus oplost.
