The extreme slow motion shots, which start at 4:00, used interpolated frames generated by mvtools, a plugin for avisynth. About 15 frames were generated for every frame. This process is called time remapping. The frameserver was loaded with VirtualDub.

where did you learn to do parkour i have been searching for 2 years !!

@sexbabomb We found a Freerunning/Parkour gym sort of near where we lived and we went there and got a basic Intro Lesson to Parkour/Freerunning. And from there, we took it ourselves, though we go to many gyms whenever we want to learn new stuff!
It's called Urban Evolution, just outside of Washington DC.
