tbibmarnie and brousseaua, glad you enjoyed these shooz! I totally believe these shoes would sell today. In fact, I see Sixties-looking shoes selling here and there on the internet.. For instance ModCloth has a pair of patent flats with a chunky heel) that are exactly like the 1960's shoes in every detail. Usually they'll get some detail wrong but not these! If you look, you can find 'em! :-)

The 1960's shoes were almost totally responsible for my later shoe fetish. LOL But, oh, wasn't it fun! I wish Capezio would crank up their machinery and start creating some more wonderful ballet-looking street shoes! One of the best places to find a fab selection of them was from FBS (French Boot Shop) in New Rochelle, New York, but where did that place disappear to???!!!
